How do I contact Customer Care?

Can I make a change to my order?

Once your order is placed, we can not cancel or make any changes to your order. 

 

How do I apply a discount code?

Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. There will be a side bar with your cart details and a box that states "Discount Code". Enter the code and click "Apply".

 

What if I want to purchase an item that’s sold out?

Click on the item you would like to purchase and if the item is sold out, a notification will pop up. It will state “notify me when available” and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock, you will be notified by email. 

 

Do you have a Local Pick Up station?

Unfortunately at this time we do not have a pick up location.
